I am a motivated, enthusiastic individual who has a passion for providing outstanding customer service. I have excellent interpersonal skills and always endeavour to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer. My approach is always pro-active, using my own initiative to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and that all customer's needs have been met;. It is imperative to me that customers leave the shop feeling that they have been valued, which ultimately leads to them returning, increasing sales.

In addition, I thrive in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure. My ability to multi task helps to ensure that tasks are completed within set time scales.
