Key Responsibilities:

• Maintained stock reports for IBC tanks / Drums and pails.
• Directly liaised with mainliners and feeder lines for the orders to supply to their vessels. (Obtaining updates of the vessel ETA, ETB, ETB, and the terminal)
• Communicated with the drivers and the warehouse team to collect the exact order from the warehouse to deliver it to the vessel on time.
• Arranged a barge if the vessel calls to Anchorage, OPL or any outer location.
• Sent 100 emails to customers each day to advertise the product.
• Maintained weekly sales report to report to the principals.

The CISI is a professional body for the securities and investment profession in the UK. It has up to OTHM level 7 qualifications and qualifies individuals in Financial Services, Integrity, and ethics etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• I was assigned a target of 50 email enquiries per day and to answer calls received during the day regarding CISI qualifications. Furthermore, I was asked to respond to inquiries received via the CISI website's online chat.

Transworld GLS lanka is the local agents for Transworld GLS Singapore. The group operates ten verticals that provide a comprehensive network of services including Ship Owning, Ship Management, Feeder Services, Liner Shipping, Logistics & Agency Representation of major shipping lines, Inland Terminals and Wellness Services to Seafarers and it provides end – end shipping logistics in maritime hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintained CBF (customer booking Forecasts) for both services (IBS – Colombo to Chittagong) (SBS – Colombo to Kolkata) which was handled by myself.
• Making sure that the vessel was filled with containers for the required amount of teus and tonnage of the vessel.
• Directly liaised with mainline and NVOCC customers.
• Finalizing the bookings before the vessel arrives to Colombo with the operations team.
• Daily Vessel updates to principals in Singapore.
• Maintaining Monthly, yearly, and weekly sales reports
• Responding to emails and calls punctually.
• Sending the schedule to all mainline and NVOCC operators.
• Providing opening 4 days prior to the vessel arriving and checking if the local exports have arrived on time for loading.
• Checking on DG/ OOG / reefer containers and obtaining prior approvals from the principals to load.

Asha Shipping Ltd is a subsidiary of Pership Group and the local agent for Yang Ming Line. The company provides high-quality container transportation services across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• 7-day and 72-hour notices of YM ships' arrival sent to the terminal
• E- Manifest to customs
• Obtaining on carriers and declaring transshipment allocation to the feeder agents.
• Discharging TDR to terminal
• Finalizing special cargos (DG, OOG, REEFER) and providing information to the terminal
• Maintaining a Container booking Forecast
• Sending a text file to the terminal regarding discharging and loading and clearing discrepancies
• Sending Throughput to partners and terminal.
