I've no issue working alone or in a team. I also stood in as a manager during that time and was coached on how to manage individuals and also a team.
On the talk talk home move campaign i was on was a sale/commission based. It involved me dealing with highly stressed customers during what can be a stressful time during the life while moving home. On talk talk i dealt with customer wanting to leave talk talk due to moving home. Due to my previous experience and the two weeks off training i did meant i has no issue objection handling with these customers and ensuring they stayed with talk talk. The role in talk talk was an office based and again due to my previous experience i had no issue in a fast paced working environment were targets were expected to me hit
During my time on 02 i was on a sales based campaign and was required to hit my sales target daily. Due to my previous experience on other job roles i had no problem calming down customers that came across as aggressive and also sell to them. On 02 i was required to deal with sensitive information like direct debt details and also card details while doing credit checks.
During my time on T&T, I dealt with vulnerable and distressed contacts during the peak of the 2020 pandemic who needed medical help or assistance. This role involved speaking to Emergency Service Operatives and collaborating together to ensure efficient response was delivered to those who required it. I was responsible for taking high volumes of inbound calls from customers, assessing their symptoms with scripted aids on computer based system. This role instilled skills of GDPR responsibilities, data security and now multi-skilled in vulnerable & high intense situations.
