I gained a lot of experience working in a busy hair salon where I supported stylist and made sure clients had a positive, comfortable experience. My role involved welcoming clients, maintaining a clean and organisation workspace, selling products and preparing the hair for the stylist. This job helped me gain experience in retail by assisting customers with salon products and recommending products, communication skills, customer service skills and teamwork skills while working in a professional fast paced environment.

I have experience working in 2 busy restaurant where I developed strong customer service and teamwork skills. My role involved greeting customers, taking orders, taking payments using the till, serving food, maintained a clean work environment and making sure each guest had a positive enjoyable experience. i worked well as part of a team to ensure a smooth working day and always aimed to create a positive experience for the customers

I gained valuable experience working in a youth club where I supported the organisation of activities and helped create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for young people. My role involved assisting with group activities, engaging with members, and helping to ensure everyone felt supported and included. This experience helped me develop strong communication, teamwork, and responsibility skills, as well as the ability to interact confidently with people from different backgrounds.
