In my current role being a mental health Support worker on a rehabilitation ward, main focuses have included empowering individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities to help service users to gain ability to function independently in society. While providing emotional support to patients is a huge part of this role, other aspects of this role includes maintaining confidentiality of clients information and ensuring ongoing patient safety, reporting concerns about abuse or safeguarding issues to care managers, and keeping up good levels of cleanliness throughout the building.

During my term with Excell Supply, I was employed as a 1-1 teacher as well as a general teaching assistant in different primary schools around Flintshire. Here I Built trusting, respectful relationships with pupils through attentive listening and communication abilities. Maintained child safety, security and good behaviour during classroom and outdoor activities and provided friendly, enthusiastic support to pupils in individual and group support settings.

My business venture, Physoria, aimed to provide an accessible and affordable mobile boutique gym experience, focusing on overall wellness and fostering women's development within the fitness community. Using my Personal Training qualifications I offered diverse group classes, along with personalised 1-1 training and online coaching all led by myself.
