• Leading a rotating day/night shift of 90+ employees.
• Identifying and coaching front line team members, and putting succession plans in place for development, up, through and across the business.
• People management including performance reviews, job chats, absence management, disciplinaries, difficult conversations.
• Promoting and applying Operational Excellence, coaching teams on the principles and tools.
• Strategic planning, including peak planning, holiday allocation and team rotas.
• High level proactive and reactive problem solving and facilitation, coaching the team to do the same.
• Having a hands on approach, leading the way by visiting the workstation to help rectify the problem, collaborating with others for escalation.

• Maintain accurate records of chilled stock levels.
• Responsible for warehouse waste management, highlighting all concessions and actively looking at ways to deliver improvement.
• Reconcile physical vs. system inventory
• Liaise with suppliers, transport teams, warehouse staff, and customers.
• Provide updates on delivery status and resolve any issues or delays.
• Promote cross functional working with sites to ensure optimum product availability.
• Ensure end to end product traceability and fully support product recall and traceability for our customers.

Manually pack product into trolleys, ensuring the product is fit for purpose and highlighting any non-conformance.
Transport full and empty trolleys across the chill.
Operate and complete asset care/deep cleaning on equipment.
Ensures good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout their shift.
Complete all documentation, ensuring they up to date and available.
Operate trolley wash and ensures adequate trolley supply to fillers.
Leads by example encouraging appropriate behavioural safety and technical standards in support of company values and culture.
Able to carry out tasks requested by both, coordinators and shift leads.
