As CAD Technician for Interserve at Alder Hey Children's Hospital, my core responsibilities included; creating and updating the hospitals floor and site plans, running and managing maintenance and lifecycle projects for the upkeep of the hospital, creating schedules of works; and liaising with the relevant contractors. I also gained some great experience working with mechanical engineers which involved working closely to create HVAC schematics and service plans.
