One of my strongest attributes is effective communication, which I believe is critical when working in collaborative development environments. Whether it’s coordinating with multiple QC teams, or liaising with developers across different locations, I ensure that clear, concise information flows smoothly between all stakeholders. My ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights fosters efficient problem-solving and streamlined workflows.
I approach every project with a solution-oriented mindset. I’m always seeking ways to resolve issues swiftly and effectively, and I thrive in high-pressure environments that demand quick thinking and adaptability. At Rockstar North, I was embedded within a dedicated team of testers focused on ensuring new content added to GTA Online met the highest quality standards. My role involved managing bugs, collaborating closely with developers, and validating fixes for issues in the game. I was responsible for giving feedback on content balance, particularly within the adversary modes, and working with the content creation team to ensure a seamless player experience.
I played a key part in creating detailed test plans for each new content update. These plans would outline the testing process, which was followed by the team in Rockstar Lincoln. The complexity of multiplayer testing meant I had to be precise in my approach, as each player’s actions could impact the outcome of a bug or issue. Effective communication was crucial, and I worked closely with developers to relay relevant findings, ensuring any issues were addressed quickly.
Some of my key responsibilities included:

In September 2013, I began an internship at Mediatonic, where I contributed to the development of mobile games for iOS and Android platforms. During this time, I played a vital role in the quality assurance process, rigorously testing levels to ensure game systems functioned correctly.
I also compiled detailed bug reports to document any issues discovered, ensuring the development team could address them efficiently.
In addition to my testing responsibilities, I assisted with some production tasks, gaining valuable insight into the development pipeline across different disciplines, such as design and coding. This experience gave me a well-rounded understanding of how all elements of game creation come together, from initial concept to final build.
I am a published children's book author with multiple books under my belt that can be found in bookshops across the country, including Waterstones. I also work with schools and have travelled to schools across the country to conduct writing workshops.
