I have extensive experience in leading and supporting IT teams, including developers, Cloud engineers, analysts, field engineers and testers, to deliver infrastructure and cloud features using a SAFe agile framework. I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage risks, and find workable solutions within cost constraints.Some of my recent projects include a VDI upgrade, Video conferencing hardware upgrade, and thin client refresh.My responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including defining scope, budget, schedule, deliverables, and risks.
• Developing and presenting business cases, funding proposals, and commercial bids for various projects.
• Recruiting, training, and leading teams of 10-15 professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds, ensuring high performance and quality standards.
• Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships at all levels, from senior executives to end users, through regular communication and feedback.
• Evaluating and re-structuring existing teams that were under performing to achieve a goal with reduction in timelines and funding.
• Establishing a standard for effective and consistent communication across the business that is now used on all large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Managing various endpoint management systems such as Airwatch, Intune and IGELs UMS console.
• Cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers through multiple 7-figure hardware deliveries.
• Coordinate and execute various outages across different systems and sites

I participated in a IS wide transformational adoption to the Agile methodology in which time we were conducting a data centre exit and cloud migration to Azure.I also lead the requirements gathering of new GDPR requirements to comply with new legislation.My activities on these projects included:

• Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document the business requirements and processes for the data migration.
• I facilitated workshops, meetings and presentations to communicate the project vision, scope, objectives and deliverables to the project team and stakeholders.
• I performed data analysis, data mapping, data validation and worked with the testing team to ensure the quality and accuracy of the migrated data.
• I supported the project manager in planning, monitoring and reporting the project progress, risks and issues.
• I applied Agile principles and practices such as Scrum, user stories, backlog, sprint planning and retrospectives to deliver value to the business.
• Created AS-IS and TO-BE process flows for new GDPR requirements including SAR and RTBF to comply with the legal changes.

As a Data Lead for SVOP, a visualisation tool, I supervised a team of 5 in acquiring and preparing the data for the API team. I worked on the data discovery for TISIMP, a £60M programme that brings business change to National Grid's Electricity Transmission Department through system upgrades. We had to define filters and joins, validate the big table method, and identify data quality issues. Our goal was to map the existing data into the core systems, such as Ellipse and ESRI. My tasks were to:

• Work with the team to Collect, clean, and analysis data from various sources
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize and communicate the findings
• Collaborate with other project stakeholders and present the results and recommendations to senior management
• Work with the team to establish the relationships and mappings between the data elements in various data sources and destinations
• Determining how the data needs to be changed or modified to meet the business needs and objectives
• Monitor and troubleshoot the data mapping performance and quality
