• Built the IBP Summary and aligned benefits tracking to the Integrated Business Plan
• Produced a Commercial Savings Plan using cost inputs across Infrastructure Services, Hardware, Software and Application Maintenance
• Developed a savings and optimisation plan of circa £43m
• Worked with senior Finance to reconcile budgets and set a baseline for tracking
• Supported a business case for Financial Management and TBM capability

Cadent Gas (Client) – Hydrogen Pipeline Review

• Reviewed Cadent's proposed approach to hydrogen pipeline delivery and construction
• Identified delivery risks and practical challenges likely to affect build and programme outcomes
• Defined a supplier selection approach with evaluation criteria and governance
• Advised on a contracting approach aligned to NEC4 principles including risk allocation and change control
• Produced a short recommendations pack for senior stakeholders
