I currently work as a supervisor at SSS Management Services where I lead a team of ARC controllers. I have gained a lot of experience while working for SSS and have worked my way up from working as a controller to a supervisor.

My main responsibilities include:


● Receiving incoming calls from clients, customers and security companies.

● Monitoring alarms such as intruder, fire, PA and CCTV for businesses in the UK.

● Providing excellent customer service to our clients.

● Assisting stores with things such as covering their helpdesk and booking engineer callouts.

● Supervising a team of people.
