Spent time in the Agency department at NFU Mutual learning about how their business model operates. Gained insights into negotiation and sales skills, how to effectively lead team meetings and external customer meetings. Completed an "Insights" psychometric test where I learned about my personality preferences, in areas such as communication, teamwork and leadership styles. Undertook a workshop in presentation skills, and at the end of the week presented back to management about my learnings and key takeaways from the week.
