I started my career as an enthusiastic Nandoca for over 8 years whilst working towards my A levels and then Degree. I have shown eagerness to contribute to my team's success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Progressing up to supervisor and being part of multiple different management teams, I have a clear understanding of teamwork and communication and how this improves the overall service of an organisation. With this experience I then became a venue manager in a new start up company; we offered VR experiences to groups where they could all explore new worlds together. From here, I became the General Manager, taking on a sales role, marketing role and operations role. I am a driven professional with leadership and strategic planning skills, coupled with a strong background in team management and operational efficiency. As well as being skilled at fostering team collaboration and implementing process improvements and focused on driving growth and achieving organisational success.
