my grandparent owned a B&B and I was in the kitchen when I was 7 till I was 12 helping my granny serving customers and cooking the food with her I was brought up cooking and ever since being in a kitchen I've been dedicated to learn from amazing chefs I've worked with and soaking up all the knowledge like a sponge and showing that I want to learn. knowing where I stand in a kitchen and if I'm told to get on with something I get it done to there standards.   • My boss, Franky, then asked if I wanted to be a relief chef for the company, and now I run Kerry's on Saturdays, do all the ordering, and ensure that the kitchen is up to EHO standards while following all the HACCP guidelines.
  • I work at The Stag in Salhouse, Black Barn in Salhouse, and Kerrys. Black Barn is a high-pressure place, doing 200 to 400 covers on a Sunday, and still managing to keep my cool.
