I studied cooking as part of my GCSE, as part of this I followed recipes, prepared the ingredients, and created a 3-course meal, whilst keeping my area clean and tidy. I am seeking an apprenticeship in the catering industry to build upon the knowledge I have learned. I achieved 3s in both Maths and English but with hard work, I am confident that I can achieve a pass in both of these areas.

  • I have had a part-time Job here through the Summer holidays both this year and last year, to gain experience in a working environment and to earn some money.
  • When visiting stores with a Sales Representative, I gained knowledge of merchandising non-food products in the shops, together with date rotation of certain products. This also helped me improve my people skills by talking to store managers. The Managing Director has said he would be happy to give me a reference as I did really well while I was with them.
