Although I wasn't there very long at this farm, I gained a true sense of teamwork from every employee here, seeing that every person was crucial to the farm's smooth operation. In general:

• Assisted in seasonal crop harvesting, ensuring smooth and efficient collection processes.
• Communicated regularly with farmers to provide feedback and address any issues encountered on the farm.
• Maintained the farm's high sanitary standards by consistently cleaning workspaces and following proper hygiene practices (e.g. using gloves and hairbands).

I volunteered at this local dairy farm for 4 years and although sometimes stressful, I enjoyed every bit of it, from chasing cows that had escaped from the fields to cleaning milking equipment. As it was a small-scale operation, I really felt part of a community and gained valuable skills like stress management and communication with co-workers. In general:

• Achieved efficient farm operations by assisting with daily milking procedures.
• Maintained cleanliness and hygiene for optimal dairy production.
• Ensured animal health, resulting in premium quality milk yields.
• Communicated effectively with team members; ensured smooth running of dairy operations.
• Adapted quickly to changing weather conditions whilst carrying out outdoor tasks.
• Controlled animal movements, prioritising security and animal welfare.
