. Speaking with warehouse staff to fast track urgent orders as well as organise same day carriers for customers when required.
. Processing credit card payments over phone for non trade account holders.
. Cover on trade counter on Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
. Raising tickets for power tool repairs and UKAS Metrology calibrations.
