Project Search Supported Internship

Project SEARCH is a supported internship programme for young people with learning disabilities and/or those on the autistic spectrum. It is a unique business-led, one-year education-to-work programme that takes place entirely in the workplace.

This is a partnership between us as the employer and Harrow College and is supported Kaleidoscope Sabre.

The programme offers total workplace immersion, facilitates a seamless combination of employability skills instruction, career exploration and hands-on training through a series of job rotations within our organisation.


My First Rotation was working in the Learning & Organisational Development department.

My main tasks were:

printing and preparing training resources.

Scanning documents and saving them in the relevant files.

Answered the phone and took messages.


In the Postgraduate Department m,y main tasks and responsibilities included: data entry for collating feedback from courses, photocopying, scanning, making up training packs for a range of courses and putting names on the certificates.

Key Achievements:

• Enhanced my ICT skills

• Gained more knowledge and experience of medical education and XXXXX


In my second and Third Rotations I worked in the Paediatric department as an admin assistant.

My main task was tracking patient notes to different Doctors' clinics using the ICS system.
