Currently Employed as a Totex Technician within the business from march 2022 I am constantly looking for improvement methods and development opportunities within my current role, I over see the day to day running of our team consisting of Gas safe assessments safe working practice, guidance and advice where needed, all operational responsibility, Customer complaints, audits to ensure our engineers are fully proficient within there job role, Safety briefs as well as any updates which will help within the engineers role, i have completed a six month managers role on replacement where i covered all aspects of replacement work, My Dart, DR4, CDM, permits, traffic management, meeting with various councils to gain access to projects, working alongside other managers for quality and cost effective ways to work within our budget. Working alongside Teams to ensure the safe and efficient distribution of gas via our underground mains supply. locating gas escapes, Repairs as and when viable to do so. Ensuring 100% customer safety at all times, programming external escapes, customer communication at all times, liaising with the workforce and helping out wherever necessary to sustain a excellent standard of work. In daily contact with my manager. I am part of the safety team where collectively as a group we look for ways to improve and increase our already excellent scores for safety throughout.

Day to day faults within the domestic home, Boilers, Plumbing, baths, sinks, basin's. Electrical wire harness fault finding, General on the job decisions to allow the customer to continue using gas for heating etc.

• Analyzed, troubleshot and diagnosed problems and provided prompt repair and solutions.
• Created relationships with key decision-makers and served as external technical spokesperson.
• Educated prospects on product implementation and usage and answered technical and security questions.
• Installed, configured and tested equipment on specialized platforms.

General Service and repair , All heating systems including warm air units, Back boiler units, and combi systems as well as system boilers. using a variety of tools including electrical testers socket and see .

• Tested plumbing systems, locating leakages with 100% accuracy.

• Minimised production downtime by efficiently setting up various machines and conducting first off checks.
• Executed machine setting and changeovers for tire machining cells including tooling, fixture changes and adequate provision of raw materials.
• Trained all new production operators to skilfully operate ABB robots and recover from emergency stop or error state.

Chemical plant tests, Hardening tests , machine set up maintaining the durability of foam using isocyanates to a specific pre programmed setting. Working to iso14001.

• Kept close contact with senior offices within the control room, notifying of delays, issues or incidents in a timely manner. All basic duties as a rifleman , Battlefield First aid , Sniper Marksman, Section second in command.
