Job Description Engineer

Systems onboard twin Mann 12 cylinder twin turbo series 18 engines, twin John Deere 85Kw generators. Three Seakeepers, Ab trac hydraulic bow, stern thruster and fin stabiliser. Team Italia ships monitoring and AV system. Twin 36Kw ASEA shore power convertors, two cranes garage and bow, Amare passerelle, Jacuzzi. Dometic 6 compressor and 25 fan coil unit air conditioning Develop a maintenance schedule of all systems to ensure manufacturers service intervals are adhered to. Develop a supply chain of specialist contractors and suppliers for necessary work beyond the scope of onboard engineering. Manage shipyard periods to include maintenance of swim platform and trim tab systems, antifouling anode replacement. Propeller and shafting inspections and specialist coatings. Underwater inspections and reactive repairs as required. AC maintenance to include acid flushing of evaporators, ensuring correct glycol readings are adhered to maintaining drains and cleaning fan coils.
