Below responsibilities are in addition to Operations Coordinator role:
• Assisting the Crew Controller with daily duties ensuring all tasks and procedures were completed to the highest standard
• Monitoring Airlines daily operational schedule
• Management of all crew hotel accommodation, road transport and external flights where necessary
• Working closely alongside the operations and engineering department ensuring smooth operation of all daily flights dealing with disruption from weather delays, crew sickness and technical issues
• Generating government declaration forms for future inbound/outbound flights
• Maintaining flight crew rosters and work patterns in compliance with company/ CAA regulations and Flight Time Limitations, covering two aircraft fleet of which one Military and one Civilian
• Providing weekly statistic reports to the duty executive
• Running daily training reports to ensure all flight crew are with in current limits
• Providing an enjoyable experience for campers with disabilities.
• Ensuring safety to the campers is a number one priority at all times.
• Cabin Leader on a few occasions following camp rules and regulations to respect nature, prevent accidents and promote rewarding experience.
• Organised arts, sports and craft activities to enable participants to learn new skills, develop independence and connect with people.
• Organising events, nights out, coffee chats and other fun activities for foreign students learning English.
• Plan days out to other cities including travel arrangements and places to visit.
• Creating weekly and monthly calendars outlining upcoming events for students to enjoy.
• Attend events and clean up once finished.
• Ensuring all clients were fully provided with the necessary safety equipment and on time for their jump.
• Operating small vehicles Mules, quads and vans.
• Delivering a friendly welcome and excellent customer service to guests.
• Informing guests on weather updates and any cancellations.
• Till work, accurately handling money and credit/debit cards.
• Food preparation with high standards of health and hygiene.
