Day to Day ward round to antenatal and postnatal wards following management changes and Day1 LSCS check, discussing contraception choices,labour ward duties including seeing patients with different clinical backgrounds in maternity assessment center-arranging follow up clinic appointments
Assisting and operating LSCS and suturing tears under supervision of Consultants

On gynae assessment and treatment unit-following ward round for in patients-doing managements changes-and daily patient assessment to those referred by Emergency department ,scan review and follow up, assisting in both acute and elective gynae cases, supporting miscarriages and termination services, discussing contraception, referring sexual health clinics,attending weekly gynae out patient clinics ,urogynaeclinic and see patients independently with support of consultants

As a SHO in obstetrics-attending handover,day to day ward round with service Consultant to both maternity assessment unit and postnatal ward,labour ward.

History taking,physical and obstetric examination including Vaginal and speculum examination to the newly admitted pregnant patients with different presentations and manage accordingly after discussing with Registrar or Consultants.

Assisting deliveries and LSCS cases in theatres.Attending the Antenatal Clinic once a week with senior and order blood tests or ultrasound according to gestational age.

In gynecology ward,After attending handover,day to day ward round with Consultant and doing the management changes accordingly such as ordering scans, blood test,arranging MDT meetings,liaise with diabetes nurses or tissue viability nurses.

For gynecological emergency cases with History taking and physical examination,bimanual examination,Pelvic examination including Speculum and taking swabs and blood tests,with senior advice,admission or discharge with a Scan booked and follow up in early pregnancy assessment unit in next day is carried out.
For those with miscellaneous per vaginal bleeding, management is done accordingly and out patient gynecology appointment is done.

Assisting in gynecology theatre for different cases including diagnostic laparoscopy and colposcopy.Moreover,SHOs are expected to attending and assisting in gynae outpatient clinics,post menopausal,UCR clinics

As a medical support worker which is the new role introduced for immigrant or refugee doctors who are waiting for the GMC registration,in Microbiology Department, duties and responsibilities involved in preparation for antimicrobial ward rounds and following up patients before and after ward rounds

Gathering information about newly positive blood cultures,
collected 40 blood stream infections forms up to till now and reported
to IPC administrator
