I have worked many jobs across hospitality and one in land management over the last several years. I have gained experience in managing myself and others over the years in drastically different settings. I've gained a strong ability to upsell products and maintain a good relationship with customers, both returning and one-time only.
Here as a more senior member of staff I have gained experience with supervising other members of staff while also managing the bar throughout the busiest period of the year, managing stock, maintenance and cleaning of all bar items and equipment.
Was in charge of setting up the bar and doing organising of stock before weddings took place.
Gained practical skills and the ability to manage my own time when given a list of tasks to be accomplished.
Gained training in the bar and working in a busier more fast-paced environment here. Also began dealing with issues of stock.
