- Currently working with Utmost International in Southampton, a leading provider of insurance-based wealth solutions with approximately £57 billion of assets under administration as of 31 December 2023, providing production support in IBM i and mentoring three offshore team members to ensure quality deliverables.
- Provided a quick solution for business users to generate PDFs using the Printer Output option through a 5250 display session, and explained how to filter the required spools. This saved a significant amount of time, and the customer was pleased with the solution.
- Developed and implemented a solution to generate XML files directly within IBM i using XML serialization in SQLRPGLE and CL, and transferred them to the required IFS location via FTP. This replaced the previous design, which relied on a PC application using an SSIS package for XML generation. This approach eliminated technical debt, removed dependencies on outdated Windows and web services, and enhanced security. This was the first time such a design was introduced in the current project.
- Replicated existing subscriptions in IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (IIDR) from the production environment to a newly created non-production environment.

- While working for Quilter, a financial services company, in Southampton between September 2019 and January 2022, I was responsible for managing and delivering successful changes. In addition to my technical responsibilities, I also served as a CAB Manager.

- Took over critical applications and built a knowledge base, which helped reduce MTTR(mean Time to Resolve) for new staff members.
