As a Crew Experience Specialist within the HR Team, I am dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for crew members on board. My role focuses on fostering a positive and engaging environment through a variety of initiatives and activities.
I play a key role in onboarding new crew members by welcoming them aboard and providing an introductory ship tour to help them feel at home and navigate their new environment with ease.
I am responsible for planning and executing the monthly crew events calendar, which includes organizing themed parties, sports tournaments, karaoke nights, acoustic music sessions, board game evenings, excursions, and bridge tours. These activities are designed to promote well-being, relaxation, and a sense of community among the crew.
I also oversee the Family Pass Program, which allows crew members to invite their family and friends on board for a cruise experience. In addition, I coordinate focus groups to actively listen to our colleagues and continuously improve the services we offer. I also participate in food committees, where we gather diverse feedback regarding the meals served on board and explore ways to enhance both the quality and variety of food to better reflect the different cultures represented among the crew.
