I am an enthusiastic and hard working guy, passionate about food and coffee. I started as a barista 8 years ago and I've had the luck to work in amazing places where i have learned a lot.
I am comfortable working with different espresso machine, grinders, different blend of coffee and i know how to adjust to keep a high quality product.
Having experience in the kitchen as well as barista, has made my team communication more efficient towards a good work environment.
In my year in New Zealand, i had the opportunity to work with the All press company that showed me the ropes of the roastery, which is a side of the business i am highly interested to.
