  • Trusted Executive Assistant supporting up to three Directors simultaneously within a fast-paced accountancy practice, acting as a strategic business partner across operations, governance, compliance and executive support.
  • Partner with Directors to manage complex diaries, confidential correspondence and competing business priorities, exercising sound judgement to resolve issues independently and ensuring executive time is focused on strategic objectives.
  • Own and lead the firm's Tax Investigation Service programme from supplier negotiation through to client communications, pricing strategy, marketing campaigns, administration and reporting. Since April 2018, generated in excess of £560,000 in client billings while improving operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Lead credit control activities including fee reviews, billing analysis, debtor management and liaison with external legal representatives and debt collection agencies, contributing to improved cash flow and commercial performance.
  • Completely rewrote the firm's 73-page Terms of Business, alongside supporting schedules, incorporating regulatory changes from Companies House, HMRC and professional bodies, reducing legal risk and strengthening governance.
  • Led implementation of international Anti-Money Laundering verification processes, sourcing a new global screening provider and establishing compliant record-keeping procedures aligned with evolving Companies House legislation.
