  • Audit - Stationery/Cleaning provisions, Complete order of site supplies on NHS supply, Manage quarterly Audit of H&S records (DSE, fire orientation, gym inductions), Ordering supplies for Facilities assistants on site.
  • Security - Ensure external visitors are signed in/out with a visitor pass. Complete weekly Audit of passes, Managing the inbox of the Trust ID badge system (NET2) and allocation to different areas within the service, producing ID badges for staff and training of staff, Monitor CCTV cameras using playback system.
  • Complete site/fire orientation and gym inductions for all new staff and complete and save paperwork.
