I started working as a GP receptionist and progressed quickly to GP Secretary, carrying our appointment booking, referrals, docman, then was promoted to Deputy Practice Manager due to a takeover under Swanscombe Partnership where i have been working with the Practice Manager to carry out CQC related work QOF, Safeguarding HR Training of staff, Annual leave tasks policies and procedures.
