I started off as a very nervous advisor but within a very short time I became highly skilled and confident with the knowledge of the Aire contract. I have done many different roles as an advisor with negative move ons and then being a valuable member of the outbound team. I have helped all our new colleagues whether it was shadowing myself on calls or just coaching and answering questions or even how to navigate a call from start to finish. I have learnt many valuable skills like managing deadlines and appointments while still doing my job to a high standard. I have taken on many voluntary roles within migrant help.
