At weekends or during half term my role was for front of house Receptionist and Administrator for a 40 bed luxury care home on the Wirral. My duties included greeting staff and visitors and directing them to the correct destination. I also answered the telephone answering any questions or transferring callers to the correct member of team or resident.
I ensured that any post or deliveries were received and delivered to the correct recipients.
I assisted the main office with any photocopying that may have been needed and created invoices for residents fees and any extras that were provided.
At times I assisted the Activities co Ordinator on any trips or outings with the residents if help was needed.
