Managing both industrial refurbishments.

Works consisted of an interior Cat A fitout, remedial roof repairs and exterior landscaping.

As well as documenting/uploading via the companies preferred digital system. (FONN)

• Completed a £1 million internal fitout project in Thamesmead, Kent.
• This project was completed in a live special needs school.
• Ensuring the school's safeguarding standards were upheld at the same time as maintaining good relations with the school/churches and activity groups on site as well as most importantly not affecting the special needs system in place.
• Throughout I advanced my knowledge of safeguarding in addition to obtaining certifications such as my enhanced DBS as well as becoming knowledgeable in the company's software programme, PROCORE.

• Experienced the construction industry in a new country adapting to different rules and regulations.
• Completing their health and safety courses which had a focus and enabled me to understand new matters such as weather control, indigenous and historical respect etc.
• Helped manage deliveries in and around very open and busy public areas in an extremely populated area.

• Oversaw multiple subcontractors while ensuring safe practices (and keeping good relations with the client) due to the complex surrounding area.
• Completed daily diaries, scaffold inspections, fire safety plans, inductions, etc. all along with weekly health and safety checks.
• Developed my skills and understanding and saw a project throughout in its entirety.

• Completed a demolition project in an occupied college setting as the number 2.
• Oversaw multiple subcontractors while ensuring safe practices (and keeping good relations with the client) due to the complex surrounding area.
• Completed daily diaries, scaffold inspections, fire safety plans, inductions, etc. all along with weekly health and safety checks.

• In this time I covered multiple sites in the Southend/Essex region.
• Predominantly I was used to help cover managers (sick, holiday, needed elsewhere) helping with admin tasks such as daily diaries.
• I also helped with my general building background with works like demolition, screeding, labouring, concrete works, hard landscaping etc.

• Underwent a very large landscaping project in a live college in Southend.
• Using power tools, paved and completed 100s of square metres around the newly built facilities.
