I started working for Gettabox Ltd in 2020 as a data analyst from home while studying AAT level 2/3.

I shared my new skills with companies' employers for producing some business reports more easily and quickly and I learned a lot of new skills from senior employees.

In 2021 I started Bookkeeping for the same company. As a bookkeeper, I have achieved the following experiences:

• Data entry in QuickBooks

• Bank reconciliation

  • Producing monthly report: summarising the company's financial position and statement profit or loss,

• Account payable: making sure invoices from suppliers are accurate and paid in a timely manner,

• calculation of VAT every quarter.

In May 2022 I started work full time because the manager was on holiday out of the country and she allegate me some of her tasks:

• Count inventory when arriving from suppliers and match it with PO created an invoice received from the supplier and receive PO in the company's own system.

• Fulfilled Amazon FBA inventory,

• Supervise packers, Checking inventory in the warehouse and their own system ( this is a very important task to do because E-commerce sales are dependent on the inventory balances in their software).

• Checking everyday sales reports with the selling team, if sales come down then search for the reason why it happened and find solutions,

• Testing the software which the company is developing,

  • Giving advice on how the order dispatch report system can be improved to have a quick dispatch report in hand at any time
