I am a hardworking individual who has a broad range of skills across Sales and Concreting. I am self-motivated with excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills for successful sales closing. I meet customer expectations in both sales and construction roles, with a clear focus on retaining customer relationships and upholding their expectations. I am currently looking to get back into a Sales environment where I can develop my skills and progress within a business, whether this be new clients or business to business sales. I am a great negotiator and have the confidence to ask questions to directly push sales and generate revenue.

My most recent role was within Midland Flooring where I started as a trainee and quickly worked my way up to a Professional Concrete Polisher. I developed a new trade within this business and during this time completed my CSCS training and Healthy & Safety modules. I was in a client facing role often going into homes and managing expectations that work was carried out in a professional and timely manner.
After working closely with Wickes at Sales Hub and after the effects of COVID-19, I decided that I wanted a career change to broaden my knowledge within construction. I started temping with various companies learning different trades such as general labouring, carpentry, groundworks and concrete laying. The time I spent temping helped me to gain a better idea how various companies worked and helped me to gain confidence within my own skill-set. Some of the duties I undertook below:
My main role within Sales Hub was to generate sales for different charities. I worked closely alongside established organisations such as Great Ormand Street Hospital, British Red Cross and Breast Cancer NOW to come up with long-term strategies to retain and take on new donors. During my time here I developed a range of transferrable skills such as learning about client acquisition and retention, self motivation and time-management. I was often up for company awards/higher incentives due to often exceeding my KPI's and consistently being in the top 3 earners. I started to expand out of my realm and hold sales events within known companies such as Wickes and started to learn about business to business sales. Below are some of the duties within my role:
