In addition to my previous tasks while as a BIM Technologist, my new senior position had the additional responsibility of:

• Authoring project specific standards in BIM Execution plans.
• Liaising with Client IM's to agree model asset classification, modeling levels and overall COBie deliverable strategies.
• Training new staff members on jm workflows, Revit, Dynamo and Excel.
• Authoring various time saving scripts through the use of Dynamo and PyRevit.

• Using Revit to create highly detailed 3D models for architectural projects.
• Collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams for successful project outcomes.
• Applied Information Management principles to ISO 16950 standards, enhancing project collaboration and data management.
• Oversaw work package creation, asset classification & COBie data, model coordination and clash detection on projects with budgets of up to £120,000,000.
• Improved project efficiency by developing and implementing internal BIM standards.
• Streamlined modelling and data input process by creating automated routines in Revit via Dynamo.
• Conducted frequent model audits across projects to ensure the quality and accuracy of our models are maintained.
• Overseeing IT facilities in our office, providing technical assistance when necessary.

• Conducted regular checks on drawings, comparing proposed drawings with as-built site photos.
• Improved my skills in AutoCAD while drafting as-built telecom tower drawing packages.
• Worked efficiently to quickly finish my weekly workload.
