  • Liasing with both Accenture and Client Stakeholders; building relationships with Client and being the main POC for financial and resourcing queries/updates. Managing expectations of Client Leadership when it comes to invoicing timelines, CDP Regulations and Resourcing Restrictions.
  • Creating Reports/Work Flows to assist with reporting, including a Power Automate Flow for New Joiners/Leavers on the account, automated resource status dashboard using Power Query/SharePoint and more.
  • Improving and implementing outdated processes and implementing some of the automated reports mentioned above. Created a new process for Resource Management and Monthly Invoicing to help improve timelines and regulations/CDP Controls.
