  • In this role I was dealing with a wide range of issues or queries. I resolved customers Wi-Fi issues by running diagnostics and tests, booking out engineers and sending out replacement faulty equipment when needed. HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

In my spare time I like socializing and going out with friends and family. Sometimes I go to my church youth club and take part in a lot of leading activities. I also like doing something productive and take part in sports or watching football on the weekend
