I worked at the arena on a zero hour contract basis, While working at the arena I worked on the bar working within this environment has taught me to work under pressure when working in a bar setting as my experience prior hadn't been as fast paced. While at the arena I upheld hygiene standards, resulting in optimal food safety conditions. Furthermore, I have also worked on the food vending stalls which have taught me to use new equipment such as fryers etc. While working at the arena i developed my customer service skills to a high standard due to learning how to deal with complaints and sympathising with customers. Not only this but i learnt how to work alongside a large team to reach my target and to ensure that my colleagues reached theirs also.
