One of my main responsibilities involved managing the sale of items, where I assisted in organising and presenting products for customers. This included tasks such as folding and hanging clothes in the appropriate sizes to create a well-organised and accessible shopping environment. Additionally, I took on the role of assisting customers by answering their questions and providing information about specific products. This interaction not only contributed to a positive customer experience but also helped me develop effective communication skills and an understanding of the charity's goals and initiatives. Contributed to the organisation's fundraising efforts by engaging in various activities. I found the experience to be rewarding, as it not only provided a sense of fulfilment but also allowed me to actively participate in making a positive impact on the community.
