as a self employed domestic gas engineer i started working for A R lettings then the owner passed away found work at Eastwood domestic rotherham installing and gas cookers hobs and other plumbed in appliances then i got the rol;e of a gas enginner at YWCA {yorkshire } flemming gardens on a self-employed basis i am there sole gas enginner to them i also subcontracted to S Obrian heating on a British gas service contract they asked me to join there repairs team but the pay rate was not good we also did servicing for BAXI AND ideal boilers i was also asked to be an installer for hive but other work commitment meant i could not take that role .

The company had purchased the high tor hotel in Matlock Bath which was a grade 2 listed building and it was a total ruin myself and the architects and the conservation team restored the building back to its former self.

day to day role of logging of rents on a computerised system also conducting viewings and the fun part was dealing with customer complaints regarding property issues and liaising with builders handymen / women plumbers and other trades.

I still remember the smile on the tenants as the engineers as there heating was repaired and the thank you calls i got .

worked as a grill chef for 7 days a week preparing grilled meats and vegetable's helped gain the fast food establishment an award .

As part of a team my role was to prepare high end vehicles for sale and when i was in the vehicle sales department i was the customers first point of contact .before they were referred to higher sales executive
