As a senior Healthcare assistant, I support others in the team and give each patient the highest best person centred care. I have worked both woth paediatric and adults, predominantly within the paediatric area. I have undertaken all the nhs trust training and have addition skills such as venepuncture and cannulation and woundcare. I have become a neurodiversity champion and addition skills in mental health.

I was a care assistant ensuring all the residents needs were met at the highest standard. Ensure they had personal care, catheter care, preventing pressure ages by repositioning and had all needs met. I also sat with the residents doing activities.
