Since being old enough for employment, I have honed my skills in a dynamic work environment with extensive experience in customer service, solving problems promptly that arise unexpectedly. and meeting specific timeframes to challenge myself and provide above standard results.


I have always been business-minded and from a young age been keen to identify trends and turn a profit from products with opportunity. I am constantly engaging with customers in different fields of work from my Employment at Aldi, Self taught Online Service business, and even "Flipping" products on sites such as eBay, Facebook and Vinted.

Since Early 2018, I have been providing Online Gaming services to hundreds of customers worldwide, maintaining a 100% feedback rating from reviews. I began Selling through eBay, and since gained enough loyal and repeat customers to design and launch my own server using Discord, which allows me to:

  • Engage with clients collectively, and create a more personal atmosphere to enhance customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Display availability and lists of services.
  • Offer promotional periods and host giveaways in return for client engagement.
  • Answer any questions either directly, or by referring to the FAQ page.
  • Display and manage feedback and reviews that can be posted publicly for all members to view.


Within this self taught role, I have obtained the ability to:

  • Safeguard clients' Personal Details consisting of Login emails and passwords for sources such as PlayStation, Xbox, Steam and Activison.
  • Translate and assist international clients needs to the best of my ability.
  • Provide and meet timeframes to enhance customer satisfaction and safety, as well as challenging myself to better the quality of service.
  • Use initiative by networking and partnering with a number of similar service providers to enhance sales and completion times which mutually benefit the sellers and the clients.
  • Use initiative and leadership skills to find and train members for "teams" to assist me in jobs on certain games such as "Raids" which require 6 people to work together to complete a sequence in the game which often requires multiple hours.

    Networking - As previously mentioned, I have networked with service providers alike, and have opened up new opportunities for both parties that have benefited our sales coherently with customer delivery times and satisfaction I also often have to source and train players when taking on jobs that require 6 members of a team to communicate and work together in certain missions, which can often take hours of perseverance, patience and assertiveness


    Attentiveness to learning - when shown a practical demonstration, i am quick to pick up on the skills and techniques needed to perform such tasks with attention to detail I take pride in learning new skillsets that I can use in and outside of work,


    Problem Solving - when faced with a problem, I take pride in voicing my solutions, as well as experimenting with possible fixes if I'm alone My mental maths skills have good capability and can calculate sums that may take others more time


    Creating using software - To advertise my services through images, I like to use software such as PicsArt, to design eye catching thumbnails which compete with others alike I have a creative imagination which allows me to put myself in the clients shoes and determine what wording and images would stand out This helps me to gain customer engagement through competitive designs
