I am an individual who is always ready to provide the best customer service I can when performing the task at hand. Customer service is a skill that I always prioritize, as the customer always comes first. Even though I put customer service as my top priority, I never lower the satisfaction rate when completing tasks. I always treat the last customer as my first and never say no to a customer when they ask questions, as I believe there is always an alternative when it comes to a customer’s request. This is why I am determined to get a job in retail. In my previous jobs, I always have a smile on my face when a customer walks in and left the store. I also take pride in the way I carry myself, as I strive to be an approachable employee who is always willing to help. This leads to creating a memorable experience for customers, as they rarely remember good experiences but always remember the bad ones. I have good manners and strong communication skills. I am also a fast learner, able to pick up tasks outside my comfort zone.
