Tane Lucre

I am highly motivated, ambitious, reliable and self directed. My time as a volunteer assistant football coach coupled with 14 years playing football (more recently at an elite level) has enabled me to develop key skills in communication, team work, time and stress management. In my gardening role I developed skills in time management and using my initiative, working without direct guidance.

I can demonstrate good academic skills, in particular maths which could support me to manage the finance aspects of the role.

I am able to communicate effectively and in a supportive way with younger children and believe that this would make me an asset to any team.

I am committed to working as part of a team and developing good working relationships with colleagues and customers.

• I have been playing football since the age of four and have recently been selected to play for Solihull Moors Elite Academy. which is coupled with a MIT Level 2 Sport Diploma
• Music Producer: Following achieving a distinction (grade 9) in Music Production GCSE, I have developed a music studio and continue to produce music.
