Due to covid I do not have a lot of work experience how I did do some virtual work experience for Lloyds bank

My work experience with Lloyds helped me discover my strengths as I worked in a team which gave me the confidence to communicate openly and honest to members of my team while also listening to their ideas. It helped me become certain with my decisions and share them to other members of my team. It also built my confidence in presenting myself to others and taking charge when I needed too.

Skills

I have just started my first year in uni and I am looking for a job alongside my studies, I am highly focused on my education and getting more experience working so I get the chance to apply my skills to real life situations where I can show my true potential and what I am capable of in the workplace I am very flexible when it comes to working hours and will always accept the chance to work extra shifts or cover extra shifts for my coworkers Even though I have little work experience I know I have the skills that are important in most workplaces, I am a fast learner and can pick up skills easily, if the job requires training then I will focus all my energy on understanding my role and how to do it successfully I am looking for a job that works closely with customers as I enjoy helping other people so this type of job role would be a strong match for me because I would feel fulfilled knowing that I have helped a customer and customer satisfactory is very important for the success of a business My time in sixth form has helped me learn how to deal with stress and stay calm while still being effective and working on my tasks which relates to how in customer services roles, problems can occur and it is the employees job to diffuse the situation as much as they can and I am confident that I would do exactly that in the situation

Elections Staff

Even though there is a lack of work experience, I have worked as a count staff at the general and local elections which had taken place this year, this gave me a lot more responsibility and allowed me to work under pressure as mistakes could not be made, the job consisted of counting votes which can be seen as tedious but I stayed motivated and enjoyed my time, I also gained a deeper understanding of the electoral process.
