Since starting my career a personal travel agent nearly two years ago it has given me so many opportunities in the industry to meet different suppliers and travel the world. Working in a sales atmosphere is something I love, and I am determined to meet my sales targets each month. I work very well under pressure and selling holidays to my customers is something so special. I have gained so much experience and knowledge in travel and I can't wait to develop this knowledge further.

I worked as a travel money advisor for three months. I was assisting customers with their desired currency and answering any questions or queries they may have. Working in a bureau developed my financial intelligence, as well as face to face customer service every day. Offered ongoing support to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns and adapting strategies as circumstances changed. This was the start of my travel career and really aided my role to be a travel agent.

Working as a waitress was my first job role during college. It helped with my confidence at a young age and I loved working in the hospitaltity sector. I was arranging tables and set up linens and silverware in preparation for guests. Warmly greeted guests upon arrival to create welcoming atmosphere. Performed bar closing duties, thoroughly cleaning, sanitising and replenishing stock. Greeted and escorted guests to tables.
