
I am highly motivated, friendly and dedicated with a strong background in cycling, communication, problem-solving and working in fast-paced environments.
Through my experience in cycling and team operations, I have developed a good understanding of Zwift, cycling equipment, training demands and the importance of clear and practical support when issues arise.
In my current role within DAS-Hutchinson, I regularly work independently and alongside team management to solve problems under pressure. This includes communicating with sponsors, managing race and travel logistics and managing the constant demands of our social platforms. As a supervisor at Starbucks, I have become confident in dealing with issues and find quick solutions - whilst maintaining positive customer relationships.
Throughout my studies and whilst leading DAS-Hutchinson's media and communications, I have developed good written and spoken communication skills. I can adapt based on the audience - for example my teammates, sponsors, customers and race organisers. I am also confident in Zwift and the world of e-sports, having started my racing career through the platform over lockdown.
My background in cycling and Zwift has given me a strong knowledge of training tools, cycling hardware and rider needs. I enjoy learning about products, tools and cycling itself, so feel I will be able to effectively support others with a customer-first mindset.
