  • The night shift constitutes the ECC rotation for the rotating Interns. AS ECC night vet, I provide mentorship and clinical coaching to the night intern. As Head of Service, I ensure that this is maintained across my team, liaising closely with the overall Intern manager.

Affiliations

  • I enjoy most outdoor pursuits such as camping, hill walking and caving, and I am a keen mountain biker. I follow Welsh rugby and have spent time helping coaching minis rugby; my eldest son having played since the age of 6, and currently playing semi-professionally.
  • I enjoy skiing, trying to get away to Scotland or the Alps each winter. When I am unable to find sufficient time in my schedule for a holiday, I take to my touring skis in the local mountains of the Brecon Beacons.
  • I run several times a week, and practice yoga daily to unwind.
  • When I have time, I sew and crochet, and enjoy cooking and entertaining.
