Reading - I read quite a few different genres but Sci-fi and Horror are my preference., Writing - Since I have been studying English Literature, I have found that I enjoy writing poetry, and fiction., I am a member of English Heritage and National Trust so love to look around old houses and castles - anything of historical beauty I am drawn to., I was a Mentor for 18-25-year old's for ONE MILLION MENTORS SCHEME run by Birmingham City Council. I enjoy being a mentor until the University stopped its partnership with OMMS., Event planning for Workshops held in College of Social Sciences and presenting within these Workshops as well., I am a member of a PPIE panel, I check up to 4 applications a year with a set of guidance to follow. I then have to give feedback on the application and any recommendations for changes or additions required.

  • I was a friendly face within the Finance office, entailing meeting with new starters and showing them around.
