- My previous duties included preparing and making chemical kits for production within a controlled environment. While dispensing the chemicals or writing all necessary information in BPRS is completed to meet cGMP requirements
- I was responsible for uploading the amounts of chemicals used on to IFS (computer systems) making sure all information is as accurate and compliant. I used to order the chemicals and consumables needed for the department ensuring a continued flow of dispensing and appropriate stock control.
- My role also included GMP Document updates at times on TrackWise (computer system) and I am aware of the control systems in place for appropriate GMP record keeping.
- The unpacking and transporting of productions orders was also one of my duties, this included using the stand on truck and bringing them in through the west door to unpacking and loading into P400 for the relevant departments to collect.
- My duties also included being trained in microbiology sampling and swabbing as Dispensary cover all of their own micro sampling. Dispensary has now merged with plasma receipt therefore becoming (MSF) so my duties have now widened.
- Roles in plasma receipt include scanning plasma and the very beginning of the process, collating batches of plasma to send up to plasma processing. These duties also include being in and out of the freezer putting batches together to make the required amount needed for production.
- I also held the 7:30 and 15:00 T2 meetings to update the shift managers with what's happening within my department.

- I was also on tills serving customers.
- This role also involved being on the help desk so that included, making tannoy announcements and also answering phone calls to customers and helping them with their queries.
